Warwick Burnham

Warwick has over 30 years experience in Real Estate and is a prominent and respected member of both the local community and real estate profession.

He is a director of the Burnham Real Estate Network and is a Fellow of both the Australian Property Institute and the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

He is a Licensed Estate Agent, one of the few agents who also operates as a Registered Valuer and a most experienced Auctioneer as he has conducted over 4000 Auctions.

Warwick has a strong real estate background as the Burnham name is most notable in the West. He is the third generation of the Burnham name and his expertise and professionalism have ensured that Burnham Real Estate continues being progressive and a leader in Real Estate.

Apart from his five children, Warwick's main passion has been cricket where he has been involved on an administration basis with both Footscray and Victorian Cricket.

Warwick is a lifelong resident of Footscray so his local knowledge, together with his well credentiated background, ensures that his local expertise is well sought after in the community.
