Kate Ziolko

Kate began her real estate career in 2001. With a strong drive and passion for helping people find their dream homes, she quickly gained recognition as a successful young agent, even being featured in local newspapers. By 2002, she had become the youngest female auctioneer in the Western Suburbs.

Throughout her career, Kate has worked in residential sales and managed the sale of a new estate comprising 1,000 titled and untitled land sites. She has also led a Property Management Department, overseeing teams of portfolio managers across Melbourne and regional Victoria. In 2018, she was honoured with the Best Client Services award.

Currently, Kate's passion lies in Commercial Real Estate. She is dedicated to assisting new and expanding businesses in finding commercial properties that meet their needs and help them achieve their goals. Landlords value her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and strategic planning to minimize losses. Kate is committed to collaborating with local traders and the Maribyrnong Council to enhance and diversify businesses in Footscray.
